    So I join back in 2017, never really had a huge problem with kicking pornography out, only relapsed once Wayback at the beginning... It's been five hundred plus days since my last pornographic viewing and I just now started masturbating again after almost two years of not doing it, is is this a major concern, like is there a problem or nothing much to worry about? I'm really curious, I've been seeing people going back to it and talking about it with no negativity but both sides placing their opinions, but I'm just thankful that pornography it's completely out of my life, now I masturbation ... I don't know what I should do with it, it's a very confusing subjects subject to me now with all these opinions on here, thank you for the advice and help, I thought I would never have to come back on here but I think the time is right again.

    First off congrats on making 500+ days of not watching any sort of pornographic material. Even though you're not watching it anymore I personally would never go back to masturbating since it could very quickly trigger porn use again if you're not careful or become dissatisfied with it. Also masturbating depletes all sorts of nutrients for the body regardless if you are doing it with porn or not which will start bringing back all the negative side effects such as fatigue, brain fog, etc. if you do it excessively. So I would advise against going back to it especially since you made it this far. Too me, fapping just seems like a waste of time with no beneficial outcome to do it. If I was this far into recovery I would work on building a relationship with a girl you like instead of using your energy for masturbation. However that's just my 2 cents on it.
