I'm finally coming to the realization that I'm in this journey for the long haul. Ive been porn free for about 1 year and I have clearly seen improvement with my PIED but still not enough for sex again. I went from being able to have sex to nothing downstairs. I now realize that I brutally wrecked my brain from the ages 12-19 and now will need probably close to 2 whole years to reset. I'm okay with this and will do whatever necessary but still am feeling a little down. Any tips or personal success stories would really help! Thanks guys.
