  1. I had a relapse today and after that i cant control myself to stop watching porn and feeling frustrated also this time i had breaked my longest 29 days streak on my 17th journey because accidently i found a photo while google search that stumilated and i just put off my mobile screen but it was too late and will power was weakend at that time and i just masturbated and with use porn i have masturbated at least 3 times today

    I just need some tips from those who have experienced the same please if anyone is having some tips that can help then please share to me

    HEY! BRO I ALSO HAVE EXPERIENCED SIMILAR CONSEQUENCES IN MY NOFAP JOURNEY. THEN I USED TO DO FOLLOWING THINGS.
    1. THE VERY FIRST THING TO DO IS THAT STAY AWAY FROM YOUR MOBILE.
    2. SECOND THING TO DO IS BLOCK ADULT SITES FROM YOUR BROWSER (I USED GOOGLE SAFE SEARCH).
    3.KNOW YOUR PURPOSE.
    4. AVOID SEXUAL CONVERSATIONS.
    5.NEVER LOSE HOPE.
    6.GO OUT WITH YOUR FRIENDS.
    7. INVOLVE YOUR FRIENDS IN THIS.
    8. LISTEN TO MUSIC OR DO YOUR HOBBIES IN YOUR FREE TIME.
    9. AVOID TRIGGERS.
    10. START CONVERSATIONS WITH PEOPLE ON NOFAP.
    11. DON'T FANTASIZE.
    12. Manage your environment. I would get away from or greatly reduce the exposure to anything that might trigger a relapse. Of course don't look at porn. Stay away from sexually explicit social media. Don't watch sexually explicit movies or listen to music or watch music videos that trigger you. Stay away if possible from people that trigger you. One of the more challenging things is controlling your thoughts. Whenever thoughts of sex or porn come to mind change the thought. Remember the idea is to stack the days of nofap until habit takes over and relieves you of some of your deliberate discipline.
    13.Become more health conscious. Be mindful of what you put in your body. One discipline affects another. If you become more mindful of feeding your body good stuff; you'll be more mindful of feeding your mind good stuff. PMO is like feeding your body a high calorie, high sugar, high sodium meal. You might crave it and it might taste good going down but pretty soon you'll feel like shit. Be mindful of mind food
    14.Make an effort to develop a social life. I know this can be difficult these days because people are not socializing in person as much but if you can find people that have interest in pursuits similar to yours you can do it.


    Well If you’re trying, you’re already ahead of everyone else that’s given up and that’s in itself is a win bro. You’ll eventually break free, just keep trying .

    Instead of asking yourself, why can’t I stop? Ask yourself why do I do it? The reason you keep going back to it isn’t because you’re just a loser or something silly like that. It’s because it has a purpose, its fulfilling needs (examples are loneliness, escaping life problems, to deal with stress). You need to identify what those needs are and find other ways to fulfil them. If you quit without doing this it’ll leave a void, and guess what youll do to fill that void?

    Also, insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result. So if your plan is failing, or you’re relying on willpower over and over again,if you fail because you have no support, it’s probably not gonna work bro.

    Keep learning more and more to improve your plan. And remember, different things work for different people, so do what works for you. If you fail, see where and why you failed, keep tweaking the plan you have. Eventually you’ll see some success.

    As for the day count, don’t give too much important to it. My AP describes it as a shield. It’s a small deterrent/motivator. The entire focus is not on quitting, but rather fulfilling your needs and improving your life. I think there’s some problems with the counter(for example, if you peek for a few seconds your counter resets, so then you might feel like indulging as you’ve already ruined the counter. But then there’s a big difference between a peek and doing it lots in terms of how much damage it does to the brain )
    so you shouldnt give it so much importance . I think healing your brain is more important than keeping a streak. It’s like, are you not going to do it today so you can keep a streak going or to heal your brain a little more?

  3. Thanks mate, but after trying everything then also i relapsed today. Sometimes i feel like ok i am not going even think about any trigger and suprisingly i become productive and work for hours and used to feel happy and enjoyable but after day 4 and 5 i used to realise that it's my mind's game to trick me and i just become weak in front of huge urges that comes suddenly and it is happing to me again and again.

    I don't know what is happening to me and where to start now and the best part is i have no one to tell my conditions. It is too frustrating

    Don't lose hope brother we are with you.
    Whenever you get an urge then come to this site and start talking to people. I also do this I have made many friends here whenever I talk to them I start feeling better.

    One more tip -
    If you have anxiety on seeing beautiful girls then you can start conversation with any girl you know or you like. This will help you to understand their feelings and to improve your social skills. And this will reduce your stress and anxiety.

Well sorry if i am going personal but have you ever feel any kind of attraction towards a girl because nowadays i have to be my school where girls are always around and in front of me and i feel anxiety also, this i can handle but the i don't want to be attracted by a girl this what my problem is in past 2 days

    Yes I get attracted towards girls as every boy does. If you do not want to get attracted then tell me one thing are you attracted by their outer looks? If yes then start a conversation with one of the girls which you are attracted to. This will help you to know their personality.

    I've actually started conversation with girls in my class which seems attractive to me. And after I started understanding them my attraction got vanished. Last year I was attracted towards a girl and after I started knowing her I lost my feelings for her. Now I am not attracted to any girl in my school because I know them very well and I know attraction is just because of chemical reactions in my mind.

    But as you said before you are an introvert boy. Then I will recommend you to be around your friends. And ignore girls. Find what traits you want in your girl.

    Be confident and know your purpose.
