Need Sex Transmutation Advice

    Hello, friends! I've just got through my fourth flat line and now my urges are too strong again. It's always the same, I take advantage of my flatline being productive, then it ends and I get more and more horny over the days, until I give up and just jerk off as fast I can, thinking that at least I'm reducing the pleasure and not reinforcing my previous habits. But I want to end this cicle, and I think my hope is to take a chance on sexual transmutation. I've only heard about it, but the only time I tried to make it, I became too horny and failed to channel the energy. Can you help me please? Thank you guys!

    I'm not "still jerking off". In 140 days I had 4 resets. I can see here that it is quite normal. I'm just asking for a tip to make it easier for my mind to handle it. Could you give me one?

    When your on this journey and your young it will always be flat lines to massive hornines cycles, you just have to get through it, transmuation don't really work for me at least, when I'm extremely horny I just have to be very careful and not do anything that could add to fire - drink alcohol, eat heavy spicy foods etc.
    Just set your mind to not relapse this time for good, always remember how bad you will feel after you relapse, just keep thinking about that and all desire to fap/release will go away

    In fact, when I anticipate that awful feeling I regain my control. It has been the most effective strategy for me. I am just wondering if this amount of sex energy could really be used. Sometimes the will to just throw it into something is too big. But I shall not spend my thoughts with it. Thanks for helping me to think more clearly, my friend!

    You could use this extra energy on what ever you like, what ever your passion is, or put it in your study/work/hobbies etc. If you don't know what to do with this energy try some new things, can be anything like writing music, painting/drawing, sculpturing, programming, digital design, movie editing/making, martial arts, body building, dancing, DIY, electronics, reading, writing etc.

    Thanks! Today was a productive day. I worked hard at the gym and studied very well. I think my own brain is the guilty sometimes. Sometimes I lack motivation. The energy is always here, as long as I don't come, but orgasm is so good that my brain often makes me doubt whether I really want to give it up. And sometimes I have so many things to do that maybe I'm not saving time to remember the strength of my will. I've already put meditation on my routine, now I'm planning to take a moment for reflective thinking, at least once a week. Keeping my sense of purpose fresh in my mind should help me not to suffer when I'm doing my chores.

    Firstly u have to be sure if u want to quit or not because u are confused yet ...and one more IF SOME get the forth flatline on a streak it means u are doing because u are not surrendering yourself to pmo

    AddBis, how are you doing brother. Not to take away from what the other gents have said here, but I don't think: "you just have to make up your mind to quit," is very good advice. We've all made that "never again" decision thousands of times, and at some point down the road, that mentality can give way for a thousand different reasons: "I'm horny, lonely, it will be different this time, oh I'll just try again later, etc." What I've discovered, and it took me many years in this nofap journey to get to that place, is understanding that trying to not masturbate, is simply not enough. I have to change my thinking, my attitudes, my behaviours, and every action that I take in life. You can't spend all your energy trying to fight the urge to masturbate, it doesn't work. You have to apply yourself completely and focus your attention onto other aspects of life and disciplines, which, paradoxically, cause porn and masturbation to fall away. This isn't just a commitment to exercise more or I'll be a bit more productive. No, it is a 100 percent around the board commitment in every respect. In thought, word, and deed. Everything needs to change, everything needs to grow. Here are some disciplines that have completely changed my life:

    Meditation: This is absolutely essential. Some process that allows you to calm your mind, and connect to the present, and to something greater than yourself. It can be sitting and focusing on your breathing, it can be walks in nature, or any process that allows you to be completely connected with what you're doing. I personally use Mantra's because I can feel the power of the vibration as I chant them. So spend some time experimenting with ones that work for you. You don't have to meditate 3 hours every day. Just twice a day for 5 minutes is good, and you can build it from there.

    Yoga: I do Kundalini Yoga. I like instant results, and nothing has created as big a shift for me as Kundalini Yoga has. It raises the energy of your body, and purifies the sexual energy in your body. Read up on this, as Kundalini Yoga is ancient wisdom, and I believe Nofappers can really benefit so much from engaging with it. They work hand in hand.



    Walking/Running: This will ground you. Most of the time I do a 20 minute walk around the neighbourhood and it is sufficient. It will help ground you and will also calm your mind.

    These are absolute essentials for me, but I also believe that you have to work daily to grow as a person. You have to start living by principles: telling the truth, having integrity, being disciplined etc, and you'll also have to work hard on your goals. Look up Jordan Peterson on Goal Setting. In fact just watch Jordan Peterson Videos in general. The man is on another level.

    Thank you a lot, my friend! I deeply appreciate your advices. I've been trying to meditate every day since the last year, and I am now having more success at it. Currently I am doing Zhan Zhuang four times a week and Zazen three times. Coincidentally, I did some Kundalini Yoga classes in March and April this year, but I had to quit due to the pandemic. I'm trying to read at least 10 pages of a book every day. I'm also walking/running twice a week. I try to practice mindfulness along the day and I'm becoming more aware of my own thoughts. These new habits are helping me a lot to have commitment with this transformation, but after approximately 30 days without no PMO the task of avoiding it becomes even more difficult. I'm still glad I didn't relapse on porn, but I'm still not satisfied, because I do want to complete the 90 days of NoFap Hard Mode. I assumed that upon reaching that goal, my urges would finally cease. However, now I see that the path is not straight, but it is full of curves. Then, I think I should learn to deal with my resets (I really don't consider I had a relapse yet) and keep firm on these daily healthy practices. The urges may never cease, but I guess I'll learn to control them better along the process. Thank you again.

    Basically if u are practicing kundalini yoga then u have to follow Nofap very seriously..otherwise it has some harmful effects as u are doing it you are on right path my brother..

    I am no longer at Kundalini classes, but I intend to return when the vaccine is already available. Still, I am trying to follow NoFap as seriously as I can. Thank you! :D
