I'm finding that after work in the evenings, I come home and find myself hungry. As such, I grab some food and, as always, go on the computer while eating it. Eventually, I finish my food but stay on the computer, often times until I'm too tired to resist any triggers/urges. Thus, I go to bed tired and wake up on a lethargic day 1. I'd very much like to break this cycle, as I've made great progress on my daytime habits, but this nighttime routine seems hard to crack. What do you guys think?
