Need some assistance - ED returned

    Hi everyone. I had ED issues for a while before getting into a relationship 3/4 years ago. I'm 25 and have just recently become single again and thought my ED issues were behind me until a hookup with a tinder date the other night that ended in the same old ED issues. I'm not sure why I was able to beat ED during the relationship, making me think it had actually vanished. But now that it has returned I'm quite worried and want to try a multitude of things consistently to get rid of it.

    If anyone who has beaten ED can share some tips on the below and any additional info I'd really appreciate it.

    Currently I'm doing:
    -leg workouts
    -no PMO
    -bit of tanning to get some Vit D

    Need assistance on:
    -Kegels/reverse Kegels: What works best and how should it be done to achieve max results

    Is there anything else I can be doing?

    I’ve been doing Kegels for 10 months. My recovery has been slow as I come from a very compulsive M behavior for years. Kegels have been essential for my recovery.

    I do my routines everyday. It takes me around 10 min. I do this:

    1st series. Contraction of a muscle I feel in the abdomen, just above my penis. This the classical muscle people refer when they recommend to hold the stream as you pee. I make 1 s contraction, 1 s release, 1 s contraction, 1 s release. 30 times. Then, a sustained hold for 10 s.

    2nd series. Reverse contraction or pushing, of a muscle in the perineum, that ends just behind my testicles. A sensation similar when you push to poo. I make 1 s push, 1 s release, 1 s push, 1 s release. 30 times. Then a sustained hold for 10 s.

    3rd series. Both contractions, above the penis and behind the testicles. I visualize it as a ring. Contraction of the ring for 1 s, 1 s release, 1 s contraction, 1 s release. 30 times. Then a sustained hold for 10 s.

    After that I do a contraction-release ring in a quick pace. I don’t count it. It’s just like play time, relax time to break the exercise.

  4. I have been pmoing since I was thirteen and I really didn't think it was a problem until I had sex for the first time. It felt like nothing. Like pmo was better. Couldn't even have an orgasm from vaginal stimulation. At that point I realized how negatively I had been affected. I've always preferred pmoing to sex since that day. But I heard that it takes 6 months for the effects of pmo to be cured. So I said why not. I hope we'll be able to pull through and become whole again.
