Need some tips

    Honestly this flatline is murdering my mental health at the moment I just feel so void like I kinda hit a point where I was like pre nofap I got no energy I started to become lethargic again my motivation and work ethic has dwindled and the zero libido and dead dick is fucking the worse.

    Any advice to make this flatline easier I've been like this for almost 20 consecutive days and just it's gettting so tough pushing forward now.

    I exercise 3 days a week have a good diet
    Have quit weed/booze/smoking do some reading try and mediate every now and then cut down on games and even have Cold baths(not showers jumping straight into a tub of cold water really sends a shock to the system)

    So yeah any advice at all would be great

    1.If Not Include Running In Your Exercise Routine,It Will Help You Improve Your erections,boost testosterone and keep urges away.
    2.Don't Peek,the mistake all do in this phase is they peek at hot pics or watch non-porno sex scenes.Don't Do This.It Will Get you out of flatline and flatline is the phase where heal the most.
    3.Include Milk In Your Diet.2 Glasses.One IN The Morning and one in the night.
    4.Avoid Caffine
    5.Get A Good Sleep Of 6 Hours min. but 8 hours max.
    6.Learn Something new,keep yourself busy.
    7.Listen To Music.Take out 30 minutes from your day.Lock the doors.Turn The Volume up to your favorite songs and dance the shit out of yourself.Sing as loud and as much as you want to.It will release endorphins.It will make you feel better.Will Control Mood Swings.Some Artists I Suggest-twenty one pilots,linkin park,fall out boy,one republic,coldplay.
    8.don't use social media.(my view not that important)
    9.Don't Get frustrated.No matter how bad you feel,you know that after flatline you are gonna have the best time of your life so don't give in to frustration.
    10.Don't relapse (for me please).Don't Let This reply of mine go into vain,i believe in you :) you are gonna make it.If You need an accountability partner,i am here.

  3. I feel you man, in limbo at the moment too. The best advice is maintain a normal routine. Personally, powerlifting helps a ton.

  4. Honestly, if you just wait it out, things will get better. The guy above just posted great advice.
    Honestly, you are doing the right things by exercising and eating right.
    My best advice is to stay busy.

    Cheers man I really appreciate you taking your time to write such a long post I may give. Painting a shot I use to enjoy painting figurines it's just everything hit me hard last night went out to a club had a good time met a nice girl and my head was like you want this like I felt this attraction but then my libido was dead so it kinda made the whole affair a waste of both our times

    ur doin good my friend. I did all the same things u did. quit a bunch of bad habits. cold baths. ur on the right track
