Need tips to overcome ED for kids

    I need help in curing my ED. I got married to the love of my life around an year ago. I am not able to have sex even once until now. I am not able to get an erection during the procedure.

    I have been masturbating for the past 14 years. My ED has increased with as I kept on masturbating.

    However, I can still ejaculate sperm if I masturbate.

    How many months should I avoid PMO to cure the ED.

    Welcome @Testing Test, I'm glad you're here.

    I don't know that anyone can give you a definite answer about "how long" you should abstain from PMO. Have you seen a doctor? A doctor can determine if there is any other problem at work here.

    Assuming you don't have any physical or other issues, refraining from PMO for some period of time can only help you.

    Hello Septimus,

    Thanks a lot for taking your time. I have actually visited a doctor. He asked me if I can masturbate and ejaculate, to which I replied Yes.

    Then he was its a psychological issue.
