Need to reboot

I had it all. A family, fiance and house and have lost it all. I have known about my problem with porn for years. And its always won when I have battled it. Its gone too far. I have not looked at porn since 9th October 2017. But I have masturbated.

Finding and reading this site I feel the reboot in 'hard mode' is needed. I want to kick this habit. Rewire my brain. And for me. Not for anybody else. Once I have fixed me everything else will fall i to place.

I am taking up boxing this week too. To tire myself out and get rid of some anger.

I spent last night reading through rebooting and going to start the 7 day challenge today. Game face and plenty of work to do this week which will keep me busy
