Need to reclaim my life

This is my first post on this forum. I just joined the group. I am a 58 year old guy with a wife and two grown daughters. My wife and I haven't had any intimacy at all for years now and at least partly it is due to my serious addiction to porn. However I don't have a problem with socialising with women or attracting them to me. Recently I started an affair with an attractive 46 year old woman and began having sex with her. I found the sex to be incredibly intimate and passionate but I was only able to orgasm after long periods of time and sometimes not at all. Obviously my girlfriend is very upset with me because I keep thinking and talking about porn when fucking her. It is then that I realised I have a very serious problem.

Please help with suggestions as to what period of time I should go through the reboot ? I do want to keep having sex with my girlfriend but not sure with what frequency ? I told her about my plans and she is very supportive. What things should I look out for that might cause me to fail ? I'm determined to succeed because this has been destroying my life. Not really sure other than stop watching porn and masturbating for as long as I can. Can you help me devise a strategy that fits my particular circumstances ? As I said I currently have a partner whom I have enjoyable sex with and I don't want to stop that
