Need to reset my counter

    My first goal is to avoid M and O, so basically I did watch P intentionally 1-3 times a month. I didn't realize that watching Porn is a relapse. Now I have reached 72 days without M and O, so I need to reset, but my semen retention counter will continue.

    yeahh :).. I can control myself not to MO but not in P yet.
