hello all
Guys from last 2 days i m feeling sleepy all the time i dont dhy i am unable to do any work because feeling sleepy all the time so feeling tiredness is obvious but sometime happy also but...but why i am feeling so sleepy like i can go for a sleep 14 hours a day it not same before i ised to feel energetic but looks now that my face has lost its charm that he got from the early days ....what is it or what i m going through?? suggest is it flatline??? reply please so i can be prepared ..i m pn day 28 days

Brother it's normal while after quitting fap pmo your brain and body require time for healing you are going through withdraw Symptom it's normal for all of us in beginning after 10 15 days it's become normal sometimes you are hit by urges but stick to it stay hard

brother is withdrawal symptoms can come so early like on day 29 ...or withdrawal is a type of flatline...???
 
Ok You can add some fruits like water millon o eat white flour with Tea so I can easy eat food stay energetic after 3 hour of breakfast must eat something stay full and eat food in time any way so you can then someho manage and dont worry about porn etc say Yourself that you are in Process and its ok to make mistakes if you have nothing to do watch youtube videos busy YourSelf after pandamic go for walk each day with music

Flatline is in term of when u quit fap pmo is your bairn dopamine carving for addiction that you done in past dopmaine need that if you not do its good but brain release some chemicals which cause anxiety feel tired and mood swings.
while withdraws is being in that process and you are getting heal (Rebooting) process for you body and brain.
Bro Continue this journey hope your all problem get fixed early as soon as possible be positive with all thoughts try to read as much as possible about recovery journey , hope you get a solution for , as i know i just require a time.
 
Withdrawals suck. but if you can make it through them its worth it. I was snappy/moody and tired and I Still get withdrawal symptoms from time to time. Its also been extra hard because once I quit P and M my brain craved dopamine another way so my drinking got heavier and I spent money as well. its been a struggle finding that balance but every day I don't is a victory. Hang in there brother.
