I am not sure which negative feeling you experience. For me I used to have depression.

    What I did
    -See doctor and take drugs
-Drugs destract my feeling, everything, I feel empty and stone
-Painting (Hobbies is important. For me warhammer AOS for sure, listen to some youtube boardcast and paint is the best thing)
-Without drugs. I go for run. Gym room is always good. Sometime I see an attractive woman workout beside me. I feel motivated to do my best
-Take some Dayoff and go for a movie , or something
-Declutting my room. Withdraw things. Sometime we feel bad mood because we own so much stuffs. Minimalisms live is good. I remember I gave my cousin a value Godmars gx and Voltron figurs. I still love it but I feel much more relax because I gave to someone who love them more.
-Anything else?? Oh..Write daily. Sometime write daily may useless at the moment. But it is your story. Someday you may use your experience to help others. And right now I am working on my non-english youtube channel. I think I have so many idea to use from that moment I suffered. Daily turn out to something useful for me.

Just my own experience. May or may not help. Just write it down everything. For yourself and more details peoples can help here.

    Good Luck!

The main thing is to not run away from them. That's why you became a porn addict in the first place. If you just use something else in order to distract your from these feelings you'll just turn that into an addiction as well (although a much less unhealthy one than pornography in the case of something like the gym or socializing). The real way to deal with these emotions is to fully sink into them. To fully accept them and simply allow them to be inside of you without trying to resist them, soothe them, or get away from them. Just allow them to be.

This is why meditation is such a powerful tool. It forces you to sit down and do nothing for a certain period of time every single day. You'll find that the more you do it, the more negative feelings will start coming up. A lot of people believe that meditation will make them feel better. This is true, but first it will make you feel worse. Welcome this. Welcome the anxiety. Welcome the guilty. Just breath and feel where these emotions reside in your body. Just allow them to be and you'll soon begin to realize that they aren't that bad. They'll run their course and simply disappear on their own.

Meditation is essentially practice for dealing with you emotions when they come up in your daily life. Whenever we feel a negative emotion are first instinct is to distract ourselves from it. Practice every single day embracing your emotions so that when something angers you or embarrasses you or whatever it is, you instinctually allow allow it to be so it doesn't become repressed.

I'd recommend starting at only 5 minutes a day. Just set a timer, sit or lay down and close your eyes. Whatever feelings come up just allow them to be there. You might thrash around, you might tighten up and cringe. That's perfectly fine, don't judge yourself for reacting to these feelings. Just take a deep breath and relax. This is all a necessary part of the process so there is no reason to freak out over having intense negative emotions during this process. Over time, they'll weaken in intensity. The key is consistency first, duration second, but anything below 20 minutes doesn't tend to be effective over the long-term. Work up to at least 20 minutes, but if you find it harder to keep it a daily habit, drop it back down and work your way back up. The more you do it the more you'll want to do it so this shouldn't be an issue for long. If you have the time, I'd highly recommend working up to 60 minutes every single day. If this isn't feasible for you, then try to set aside at least one 60 minute session per week. This is where you'll make a lot of progress in a very short time.

Hope this helps, and good luck. We're all going to make it.
