Nervous about giving speeches

I have a presentation coming up tomorrow, and I'm extremely nervous about it. I have anxiety, so that's part of the issue, but I also stutter and stammer. I'm giving the presentation with 3 other people tomorrow, but I will still have to read slides.

When I present, my hands and voice shake violently, and I break out a cold sweat. I know what I want to say, but I have a very hard time getting words out. I want to overcome this performance fear and I know the only way is through exposure.

Do you guys have any tips or advice for me on how to be less nervous? Thanks
