Last ear (around September), my best streak used to be 88 days. On the 89th day, I fapped. Ever since then, I have fapped every 7-8 days (I once was PM free for 14 days). I fapped today :''''''''(. The good thing from these failures is I learned what triggers would make me fap (e.g. getting full from eating, being stressed out most of the day) From now onwards, I'll fap no more! How about walking as an exercise to lose wight whenever the urge comes? I used to do that for 6 weeks until m wife told me I lost weight with a big smile in her face.
