Hi everyone, it's my first post here in NoFap and I wanna introduce myself. I'm not a native English speaker so forgive me if I write with some mistakes :)

I'm a 17 year old male. I've been masturbating since 11 and watching porn since 12. I consider myself as a porn addict and a fap addict. I've been trying to stop masturbating and watching porn since some months ago but I couldn't. I usually watch porn everyday and sometimes I masturbate because is a daily habit in my life. I've decided to quit using porn because I spend too much time watching porn and masturbating and because I don't want my addiction to become more serious than it is.

Today it's my day 0 and I my goal is to not masturbate again in a long time, and when I grow up, just do it in a few special occasions without being addict.

I wish i had discovered the truth about pmo at your age, would have saved me a lot of hastle.

But i'm glad i found out, better late than never! Nofap really is a key buildingstone for transformative changes in my experience.

I would recommend you to stay in touch with members and read their success stories. You may also learn tricks to avoid the short-term pleasure and to face the temptations.

Be AWARE of your habits and control what you see and what/who you spend your time with.

It's also important to limit the usage of social media. In addition, never be free! Use your free time as much as possible and do sports, exercise, attend classes, etc.
