New 39 yo Fapstronaut

Hey guys, im starting out this nofap journey. i was originally just gonna do no nut november, i started late, so im on day 5. But upon reading about nofap, i realized i needed this and want to do this. Hopefully i can find a buddy to keep each other accountable, because i know im gonna need it. I almost relapsed today at work, but i didnt. So im feeling good about myself right now, but its gonna be tough.....Leave me any comments if youd like. Thanks brothers..
