Hey my Nickname is Bodybuilding, I like to go with the alias instead of my name. So I started Nofap 2 weeks ago. After I have watched some videos about it on Youtube. I was very excited about the whole idea of having full control of your urges. The first 2 weeks were amazing I felt more satisfied and more confident about my self. I have hit multiple personal records when working out. And overall i was not easily turned on whenever i see a hot girl.Today was my 15th day but unfortunately I relapsed today and the main reason I did is because I allowed my self for a minute to watch some pornographic videos. After that it was GG my urges spiked, I tried sleeping it away but to no avail. I was trying to get my self busy but my urges stayed, and stupid me went to watch some more videos where it reached a level I cannot bare anymore and I relapsed.

So the lesson I learnt is that I have stop my self from reaching to the point of watching porn and that is basically not allowing my self to watch any pornographic material such as hot pictures or videos of girls as it will only lead to another relapse.

Honestly it feels bad to relapse but it fine as long as i have learnt something that will help me in the future to maintain my streak am good.

restart. you can do it. As you've discovered, once you head down the pathway of old habits, the path gets very treacherous and frequently leads to bad actions. Moral of the story is stay away completely from P !

    You can do this.

So, have you decided HOW you are going to do better this time ? What will you do when urges strike ? Its very helpful to have a plan in place for how you are going to deal with urges / temptations BEFORE you are facing the urge. Having something in place that you can implement without trying to "plan as you go along" is a good way to maintain your journey and not fall astray.

    You've got this ! Keep going !
