New attitude: Pledge that I will stop PM - right now

  1. I made attempts to reboot in the last couple months, but only made ~3-5 days. New attitude:

    * what you did before was not good enough
    * there is only one thing you need to do - stop 100% right now
    * there are no valid excuses
    * if you relapse , the chaser effect will doom you

    I pledge I will not PMO!

    Anytime I feel urges I will logon to confirm this pledge.

  2. Day 1 after making pledge: I will not PMO.
    No urges yet. They will come after 2-3 days, but when they do, I will logon and confirm my pledge. Other plans to battle them include
    * Leave the house
    * Take a hot bath or a cold shower
    * Engage a hobby
    * Find an accountability partner

  3. Got thru the day, stayed busy.
    Firm in pledge I will not PMO!
     
  4. Two days in, and was feeling some urges. When I first woke up, and later when seeing women on TV.
    So I'm here to re-affirm my pledge I will not PMO! Have to be careful with what I watch on TV.
     
  5. Passed the 3-day mark ok. Checking in to reaffirm pledge I will not PMO, no matter what.

    Had some urges, but resisted.

    I watched a TV show I now realize I will probably have to stop watching because any stimulation is risky.
     
  6. Four days down but I'm switching tracker to "without PM", because I have a partner. But to make the reboot more effective I should minimize or stop O too, and will work on this.

  7. Was feeling urges, so logged in to confirm my pledge to not PM

    I need to get better at not even typing in search terms.
     
  8. Felt ok when I woke up today. Even if I hadn't, there will be no PMO today

  9. 5 days no PM, but some problems identified. Had sex once, but should reboot hard mode because part of problem is over addiction to O. Started watching a TV series with beautiful women and started obsessing and googling. No P images, but my mind is clearly doing anything it can to find substitutes. This is dangerous and unhealthy.

    I pledge I will not PMO.
    I pledge I will stop searching for substitutes.
     
  10. I completed 8 days no PM, my longest streak so far. But there were some problems. I looked at some stimulating (but non P) images and TV shows and I had sex and O twice, which I feel disturbed my reboot. Pelvic pain, PIED, PE, and hyper sex drive problems continue. I'm pretty sure I need to do a hard mode reboot.

    I feel absolutely confident to continue my pledge of no PM.
    I am going to try very hard to stop looking at stimulating images/TV and try to not have sex.
