    Hey everyone, I am new to this community and I am 5o years old and been struggling with over masturbation and porn for over 20 years now. I have decided to take on maybe the biggest challenge ever by deciding to go 365 days without masturbation or porn. Not sure if anyone will see this or respond but i am doing this anyways, looking forward to any kind of change in anyway, wish me luck!

    good luck for that..u can do it..have confidence in urself...we all here are struggling with the same issue and so that makes no sense(not sure if anyone will response...lol) the stuff u wrote...we are literally nothing without the support and from each other.(everyone at one or the other point needs some serious help or words of motivation )..idk about others but i always help the people in need and expect the same for me..
