Hermes Lupus' new discipline is to perform insane productivity of filling all possible transition times, downtimes, breaks, gaps, etc. with activities connected with personal development and realising artistic goals. This obsessive devotion to work and performance has already turned out to be the best protection against urges and triggers. So for the next 30 days on, Lupus is going to report on this here. And gives you the challenge to join this.
Make the best of your time and enjoy greater inner peace, self-control and satisfaction. All the best!

It's the 60th day of Lupus' reboot process now and the overall life results are everywhere. The simplest way to get rid of temptations is simply to be busy. Busy as hell - so this is the discipline here.
Today switched from car to coach & tram to get from home to academy and later to work... just to have some time for writing and planning. The first step quite easy.
The next is to plan all the longer breaks today to work with my calendar - regain control over the most important current projects. Then: no distractions, no online surfing but only goal-oriented activities.

It was quite challenging but performable yesterday. :) Actually there was no 'empty' time of my day - started at 6:30 am and ended short before 10:30 pm. With a little nap in the afternoon, just to be able to focus again. Quite happy with the outcomes: a lot of writing and studies also in progress. Today reading David Allen's Bestseller called 'Getting Things Done'. Doing it IN ONE GO! Sounds insane? This method works for Lupus. Then a couple of classes, creative thinking and meetings. Not so easy to stay concentrated - alone almost all day long and it requires tremendous discipline to work on the important things.

The second day behind - exhausting but vert enjoyable at the same time. ;) Got up at 6:30 am, ended at 10:30 pm, working in all possible contexts and situations, excepting meeting a good old friend to share new goals & ideas. The great book to rebuild the time management is 'Getting Things Done' - 400 pp. of plain text concerning the system which might save you years of work & tons of stress. Give it a try. Today a lot of external pressure on Lupus: classes on academy, work & travelling. Plenty of downtime to fill with incorporating new solutions. And here is actually the key to victory: just to do it. Not speak, not read. So enough speaking, let's act! :)

The third day passed with many obstacles but still quite productive. :) Started at 6:30, finished short before midnight... made pretty good use of all transition time. Making the best possible use of GTD methodology, workin' hard. It feels magnificent when you're just so exhausted you fall dead in bed knowing all important things have been finished. Today a bit more relaxing time in front of Lupus. But before, all time must be filled with right actions.

Quite productive weekend behind Hermes Lupus. :) Started as early as on weekdays, finished pretty early, no transition time but many hours of productive work in my home studio. Made good cleanup of my calendar and prepared the whole ideology of a new enterprise Lupus is about to begin. ;) Full of satisfaction, vision and clarity of the project. Really busy time and a lot of nice outcomes. Let's keep on going.

Intense and hard days right now. :) So there is no time to waste, especially in the morning. There is a golden hour which sets the tone of the whole days - and this is the first hour of the work. It feels wonderful to focus on the key areas before being shattered in all directions during the tense and stressful rush time. :) On Monday and Tuesday wrote a lot and today many classes on the academy. Productivity means to make better use of some classes - not necessary to waste the time on listening to the lecturers. ;) Why not to design a new draft or plan a new project? Lupus is a kind of rebel in this sense. :) This way or that it works.
