In the absence of discord servers which encourages a strictly focused scientific view on retention ,I founded Rational Retention discord server with the idea of collectively collaborating facts ,information,strategies and of course all around science that backs up the idea of abstaining from porn ,masturbation .The goal of this server is to build a strong knowledge body based on trustful information ,allow quick exchange of ideas , and ultimately helping the user in his recovery process.
