New fapstonaut :)

Hello forum,
I'm anxioushawk, 21yo, male, religious (i know this is, to some people, the equivalent of saying you're dumb x) ). I only have one year left in college and i think it's way past time i should stop PMO.
Why ? well because:
+It's sin according to my beliefs x).
+I feel guilty doing it.
+I see myself as pathetic afterward.
+It eats away at my self confidence.
I thought i could stop it on my own, but i always relapse. At the beginning of this month i got my badge at reddit/nofap, but every 6 or seven days i seem to relapse. The main reason, i see, to my relapse is having too much free time and/or being bored.
