I'm a 25 year old male, been watching porn since I was probably 15 or 16. I've made multiple attempts to quit in the past but never with the support of any sort of community or friend. My main goal is to find a accountability partner on here. I think it would really benefit me to have someone to talk to who is going through the same struggle of trying to quit.

I feel like porn is making me less motivated, depressed, giving me anxiety, and also making me sleep countless hours. I'm glad I recognize that this needs to stop but need some help in reaching my goal. I've tried going cold turkey before but it's super difficult. Excited to challenge myself and see positive changes in myself and I hope to start talking to someone soon.

just trying to stay busy and occupied with other things like work or school. i've found that when you're bored is when you're most vulnerable. any tips to share on your end?
