started on Monday and hoping to reclaim my life back from bad habits especially porn.
Married with two small kids but my wife is on board with me doing hard mode for 30 day then normal mode for 90 days there after

Any tips well comes
 
thank Tony, I am staying strong and also doing cold shower, but how do people deal with blue balls, I seem to have a constant irritation " I want to pee" kind of feeling :(

Blue balls ache. Aside from actually having to pee, sometimes after "O"ing, I feel like that, but if you haven't "O"ed, I don't know why you'd feel that way.
 
Thank you nerd and Tony I have not “O” ed and yes peeing and still feeling like peeing even after I just peed. I am not having any sexual contact or P But my wife if very beautiful , maybe should stop looking at her as it happens most when at home.

I have had a better day today after gym then steam room and sauna...so may have to hit the health club more often
