Hey everyone,

I just started here this morning. I've battled with PMO for a long time, pretty much since puberty, and it's finally time to get control of it. I've had short bouts of success in the past, but I want it to be gone for good. I can see how it is damaging my marriage, and the last thing I want is to have my son affected by this type of behavior. It's already going to be hard enough for him growing up, so I want to be able to be there for him when the time comes, and to tell him victory over this is possible. I'm grateful to be here, and hoping for permanent freedom!
