Hello,
My name is Jakub (22 y.o.) and I am here because I want to improve myself and my current life situation, get rid of porn and masturbation.

I have been struggling with depression and low self-esteem for a long time. Despite having couple of friends, I feel really lonely and desperate. Never had any relationship or any intimate moment with a girl. I feel that love and having someone by your side is really important in your life and I want to have this too.

So I am here. Trying to find way, not giving up. Not completly sure what exactly am I suppose to expect from NoFap, but at least I TRY - better than not doing anything with your life right?
