I just joined the community. I have been medium to heavy PMO for about 16 years, I always known that PMO is a very bad/disgusting habit, but I never knew that it has that much of physical and psychological effect. I always tried to quit, I even got 2 months streak, but I always come back to the old habits. I've set my goal to "hard mode" for 365 day. And I have a great feeling that I could do it. Looking forward to hear your advice.
