    I quit masturbation easily for 3 days now urges are coming.

    I am addicted to masturbation for 6 years and porn for 2 years. My highest streak of quitting is 14 days. During the period of quitting I feel like a normal person, with great confidence and not any guilt.

    I never attach masturbation with porn. But after reading " YOUR BORN ON PORN " then I realise that porn is the root cause of my 80% problems like social anxiety, low confidence, masturbation, etc.

    Hi, welcome to the community

    I would recommend you to stay in touch with members and read their success stories. You may also learn tricks to avoid the short-term pleasure and to face the temptations.

    Be AWARE of your habits and control what you see and what/who you spend your time with.

    It's also important to limit the usage of social media. In addition, never be free! Use your free time as much as possible and do sports, exercise, attend classes, etc.

    Welcome from one new fapstronout to another!
    From all that I have read and studied thus far, it makes a lot of sense how porn ruins aspects of our lives. Getting into frame of mind where you think that there's a chance for getting better is much better approach than thinking porn is the cause. Even a smallest positive change will make a huge difference in the long run.
