    Hi, my name is mahmoud from Egypt , 20 years old, I started watching porn and practicing masturbation around the age of 12 and I've been trying to stop since the age of 16. first managed to stop 8 weeks then the following year stopped more than 3 months and another two and half months. when I went to a university that i didn't want, things became more difficult. This year, I stopped for 23 days and I wasn't able to start again. I came to the conclusion that I need supporting group where I can read about other people experiences so I googled and I found this website. hope it works this time.
