Well, I'm new to the site but I've been practicing nofap since February. Lasted only 41 days and I've been binging ever since. The thing is, i give in too easily when the urges come. Any tips?

Think about what helped you to sustain your motivation during 41 days. Build upon the things that helped you, but add to that tool-kit. Think about why you are here and why you NEED to be here on a noFAP journey of healing. Write down your "why's" as it often helps to clarify thinking. Then do something each and every day to remind yourself of your "why's". When you lose sight of the reasons why you are here and the reasons why you NEED to be here, motivation weakens and resets and relapses occur. That is especially a problem as journeys get longer - and 41 days counts as a longer journey. You CAN do more and you KNOW you can, so get busy.

One day at a time is how we all succeed.
