    Hi all, I've decided to undertake the nofap challenge.
    So far, (at time of writing) I've gone nearly 36 hours without fapping, although it has been tricky!
    I'm aiming to keep it up for a week, although the cravings are always hanging over me...

    Good luck, i want to keep it up for a month.
    What are your reasons to quit porn/fapping?

    I've been looking at porn/ fapping almost daily since the age of 16, and I want to give myself a challenge.
    I feel that porn/ fapping has distorted and twisted my view of women, and I want to feel more confident.

    I heard a saying once- "Take control of your life or someone else will."
