New habit?

I want to do yoga, mobility and stretching first thing in morning for the rest of my life. (Somehow I never bring myself to commit to it.)

Do you already lift or something? It's such a great compliment to a workout, especially a really intense upper body workout, and especially if the room is hot as fuck. Makes you feel like a million bucks. Regular room temp yoga I don't really like as much.

Yes, I used to. Before all the covid 19 restrictions. I want to be lean, strong and supple like old time strongmen. These are my goals.
