Hi . I'm new here .
I'm 18 years old , male and live in Philippines .. I'm going to start rebooting of my life tomorrow ..
Sorry for my English because it's not really my native language ..
So here it is . I joined nofap because I want to change my life . I'm currently in a relationship by the way . . Im suffering from PE ,ED, and HOCD for about many years now .. And I want to change my perspective to girls .. I want to feel the emotional connection between. Us . , I want to love her not because of so much lust but because I really love her . . everything about erotic makes me so much sexually aroused . . I think about sex all the time . when I see a girl I just think about sex . . and this mindset is ruining my life .. I hope that this step I'm taking can solved my problems.

What do you mean with the first sentence? And that is different for everybody, I can't give you a precise answer

I think he asked if you are rebooting too.

@IWantToBeAHuman , like Thomas said , the results and the time it takes vary with everyone, but there's lots of things you can do to make your life better. Start now and you'll thank yourself later in the future. Btw I'm also from the Philippines :). Cheers man.

Oh great . I just feel a lot better now that I know someone from Philippines is here too .. Are u a Filipino?
 
We have the same problem bro. When I see girls with pekpek shorts or short I get aroused and I got a boner. Also from philippines bro.Feel free to ask anyone here although I am also a new member here, just like you I am looking for answer to end this nightmare.
