I was 38 the last time i masturbated. (3 1/2 yrs)
Seen some porn since but very short views that got farther and farther between.
Tried for years to stop before that. Some success, but quitting M really helped me dump the P as well.
Its not very interesting if you’re not going to M to it or think about it later and M.

Recent streak no Porn site is since 2016.
No p-subs about a year, with one small slip 37 days ago (thus my counter)
