    It’s been a long time since I tried, but something has to change. I used to spend every day on npsupport but I see it doesn’t exist anymore. I hope I can succeed this time.

    Thanks! I feel good this time. Working my system. I’ve realized how much of my whole being gets wrapped up in this. Everything is affected by it, even things I didn’t understand.

    Yes, I can relate. I had this habit for 25 years. 4 weeks ago, I decided to quit and joined this forum. Don't be hesitant to interact and ask questions here. We are all battling the same thing.
