Hello everyone, 25 year old guy here. There are 3 major problems that i want to address and resolve. 1) Porn Addiction 2) Some General bad habits 3) Premature Ejaculation(the bigger problem) This post is pretty long as i'm writing down all the problems so that i can use this as a journal, if anyone of you here experienced the same problems do feel free to share it and if anyone of you know how to deal with them please don't hesitate to comment and help me. PORN ADDICTION: As someone who was born in 90's i have had access to internet from young age, initially i use to access internet to get my assignments done and then to learn new things. Somehow as many teenagers i accidentally stumbled over the porn ads and then the rest is history . I'm from india and we didn't have much internet access, we had internet shops back then to access internet, i used to go to these shops when every i get free time and watch porn. It was all fine till then as it was very limited but once the smartphone revolution hit us hard things started to get worse, once i started to college(engineering) i was literally free 24*7, I'm a techie,geek or whatever you call it. i used to stay awake all night to learn many new things but i also got addicted to porn and used to watch it even at 4am or 5am some times. The bigger problem is that i did not know that i got addicted to it, it was very very routine for me to watch porn and jack off very very very regularly . Only after graduation and when i got a girlfriend i understood that i got addicted to porn, but the poor thing is that even then i didn't know the cons of porn and didn't really tried to avoid porn. later i understood too much porn is not correct but as i got addicted to it i couldn't stop it, my brain used to tell me that its OK to watch porn and jack off once. I tried may times to stay away from porn but didn't succeed. But now at last I'm here wanting to get rid of porn addiction and this time I'm fully motivated and more importantly well prepared to deal with this addiction. My to-do things to eliminate addiction : 1) A strict NO to porn and nudity(No sh*t sherlock) 2) I have deleted my fb almost a year as i felt it is wasting my time but I'm very active on Instagram , i will try to reduce its usage. 3) Try to socialize as much as possible and reduce being isolated as much as possible. i jerk a lot when there is no one around me and worse i rub myself most of the time accessing phone(even for non nude sexually arousing things). GENERAL BAD HABITS: I'm a typical geek. Thin,introvert,Jack of all trades and a master of none etc etc etc I have all the qualities that people hate in geeks. Thank fully i've started hitting gym due to my gf in college days so the only good habit i have is to go to gym regularly, but hey i don't do any physical work other than moving some heavy weights so the first thing i want to change is to become physically active , i will stop gym and start running for 90 days. Another bad habit i have as a geek is that i used to be awake all night and sleep at the day time(even in college days, attendance ??? what sort of rocket science is it???). Although after graduation things changed a bit and i started to wake up at 12pm(early than college days) and as the days passed i'm now waking up at 10am. I want to change this habit, i want to go to bed early and wake up early in the morning(at least 8am by the end of this 90 day challenge) . Another typical bad habit of a geek is that i'm really really over informed and i know how to use google. this made me smarter than the average guys beside me, as a result people consult me for many things and as everyone of us i love giving free suggestions. This is not the only problem i have, i'm only very talkative to people who are close to me but in reality i'm an introvert. i cant socialize . I will change this, i will start to talk less and listen more and try to meet new people and hang out with new groups. PREMATURE EJACULATION: The real reason why i have joined this forum is because if premature ejaculation, I'm suffering from worse premature ejaculation one can imagine. I literally cum within 10 seconds after entering a women. I'm not really sure when i got this problem but i didn't realize i have this problem until i got a girlfriend and we met sexually for the first time,even then i thought ok this may be because im over exited but that first time became 10 times and then i understood that there is something wrong in me, thank fully as a typical Indian i don't get to meet my girl friends often privately(yea you read that right,i'm a introvert but still have girlfriendS, god's gift may be). later i searched about it and started jacking off before meeting and using delay condoms and using stop start method but these are all temporary problems, i want to cure it for ever. One thing i can surely say is that i did not have PE from young age , but i developed this habit . My penis head is very sensitive, initially i thought that might be the problem but later i understood that is the result, as i said earlier i rub my jack a lot and without being naked so i developed a habit of ejaculating faster by watching porn. when i watch back i could visualize my condition getting worse year by year. Tried reverse kegels and stuff but never followed a routine. I think that just NoFap does not cure my PE as i clench my PC muscles involuntarily once i get aroused, my head is also sensitive so i need to do something to desensitize it. For the first 30 days I'm gonna do a hard mode(No PMO) and the next 30 days I'll be doing a normal mode (No PM) as i have a girlfriend and the last 30 days i'll be on No PORN mode(i'll do jelqs, balooning, edging etc etc) This is the routine i want to follow: First 30 days(No PMO) : wake up by 6am, do meditative reverse kegels, then do some stretches to relax my pelvic floor, reduce my mobile usage, drink plenty of water and before sleep try to do the meditative reverse kegels again. next 30 days(No PM) : wake up early, do meditative reverse kegels,stretches for pelvic floor and fix my Anterior Pelvic tilt. When every i get free time i will try to do stretches and jelqing(strictly no porn and no masturbation) , i got PIED two years back and i stopped porn and did jelquing for 15days , surprisingly i got back quickly and my jhonny is good again so i want to jelq to improve my erection quality. Taling about erection quality my PE is weird i ejaculate quickly if i'm aroused very much and that time my penis is at 12 o clock degree, if my erection angle is little low i observed that i stay a little longer before busting . so want to give them a try. 60-90 days(NO PORN MODE): This time i will include jelqing and ballooning to my above routine so that i could improve my stamina. But i will stay away from porn . I just want to start my NoFap journey from NOW. Please guide me if you have ever faced these problems and overcome them. I'll be pretty busy in my personal life so i couldn't update this thread every day but i will try to update when ever i get time.
