Hi guys
I'm 23 years old man.
A friend showed me porn on his phone when I was young (between 10 et 12). He showed me how to masturbate and asked me to touch him... My mom discovered me masturbating and asked who showed me. She did not tried to help me or understand, all she did was to prohibit me to see this friend.
I was porn addict during all my life (12/23). I was watching porn everyday to find something more exciting. I was ejaculating 2/3 times by days.
I am not close to my familly and never been happy with them. I think porn was a way to relaxing myself and have pleasure.

I met my girlfriend when I was 19. She is the one that helped me and tried to saved me from my addiction. She saw that I had a problem with sex and porn. I hurted her several times with sex. I really feel guilty about it because she's the only one person that I confessed to and the only one person that I care about.
These 2 last years, I tried to reduce my porn consumption : I was writing on a paper everday that I watched porn.

I discovered Nofap this december. I am now 23 days porn free and no ejaculation. This is the first time ever. The maximum without fapping for me was 10 days and it was a challenge. As I said before I was masturbating 2/3 times by days.
I've never felt better with myself than today. I can control myself.
I know it is hard, but you guys can do it. It is worth, being addict to something is just destructive
