So I'm here because my porn
use is way out of control. I was first introduced to it as a young boy by an older male friend and messed me up for 25+ years. Porn being introduced sp early in my life normalised it for me as an adult. My sex life with my wife suffered to the point it was a quick one in the morning when we'd wake up. I am now getting counselling and have joined here to end my addiction. Good luck to everyone else on this journey.

 

Thanks a lot. I'm staying at friends house which doesn't have Internet access which helps. Attempting mindfulness to keep the monkey quiet and have tried meditation techniques this morning which has got rid of my morning wood. Any further suggestions are very welcome!
