New to this community. I came here after watching a Gavin Mcginnes video about my generation. Then I saw a video of a 20 something guy who couldn't kiss a pretty girl. Scared the hell out of me.

I've been looking at porn since I was a kid. First it was late night Cinemax, then the Internet. I'm 25 now, have had 1 serious relationship, a few flings, and some hookups. Recently I've been approaching girls less and less, and find I'm starting to think negatively about girls and relationships. I now prefer to stay at home and play with myself, and I want to get back to my stallion days when I was the only guy in my group who had the guts to face rejection and start conversations with a girl. I have the confidence and the looks, but I'm losing who I really am by looking at porn constantly and thinking every girl out there is only good for sex. I also waste a tremendous amount of time on porn, and it's been an issue. Feel a lot better already. I keep picturing that guy who couldn't kiss a pretty girl, and it freaks me out so much I stay committed. I'm more of an old soul, and I want to get back to my socially active, life of the party ways, which I have been avoiding because I'd rather be lazy and just stay home. I see too many guys my age acting like sissies, and I'm afraid I'll end up that way on the path that I'm on. It's time to man up, and start making better decisions.
