  1. Hello Fapstronauts, my name is Marc and as says my nickname, I'm currently doing medical studies (first year, I just got out of highschool last summer). I have been watching porn very often for at least 3 or 4 years now and even if it hasn't really impact my social life (except once with my previous girlfriend) it really pisses me off to be addicted at something, it makes me feel weak. I don't really know how I ended up joining this website, I just told myself like 10minutes ago when I felt the need of fapping while working for my exams "ok, this bullshit has to stop, I need to do something". This is pretty much how I came to be here.
I just hope I will be able to find my way out of this crap, like some of you probably did.
    Have a great day, Marc
And forgive me if I made grammatical mistakes, I'm french :)

  2. Hi @FutureDoctor
Glad you are here. And very welcome to join us in our journey to a healthy, fulfilling life without any self harming habits.

It's a safe place here. We all are in the same boat, so there is no single space for judgement here.
Maybe it's a good idea to keep a journal. Sharing your struggles, thoughts and feelings may help you to understand the underlying issues.

Keep coming back and get the most effort out of nofap!
You don't need to do it alone!

I wish you lots of luck!

Hey there. I started fapping since I was 12 years old. Now I am 25 years old. I guess this is the right time to stopthis bad habit.

  4. Hey @FutureDoctor thanks for sharing !! Why dont you create your own thread in under 20 & update your progress there? It will help you put down those thoughts !! Anyways its good that you've realised this at the start of your medical journey!! I personally lost my potential when I was at a university from 18-25 yrs & only a few days ago I embarked on this journey !! I feel that you have a whole life ahead of you, make the most of your college life with studies & fun as well my friend !! Cheers & goodluck!!
