    Hi guys, I'm new here, I found out about the NoFap Challenge in YouTube a couple of weeks ago, so I decided to try it but the longest I've been able to abstain has been 7 days. I found that it's easy to relapse into porn and once there everything goes to hell.

    So, after my 4th try and failure (today) I decided to join and start from zero and take this very seriously.

    So Day 0, already marked here, here we go.

    You got this Reigen =) a lot of my longer streaks have only lasted a week too haha. Positive it will get easier though
