    Hi. One day fap free. Not sure how this is going to go for me but it seems like a good idea. I don't feel good lately.

    Hey man, welcome!

    Be sure to check out reboot logs, make your own too, to keep track of your progress. You have a hard and long way ahead of you, but don't let that demotivate you, but use it to your advantage.

    You can also check out groups on the forum, or get an accountability partner, which are so much helpful things on the nofap journey.
