hi im 40 years old married with 3 kids but separated for almost 2 years and would really like to reboot. Struggle with porn from young age and really would like to overcome this. it effects my mood alot and even get depressed often. it isolates me greatly. want to take my life back want to have joy in my life so bad!
Hi, welcome. Porn is so destructive to men. Imagine how much you could accomplish and the people you could influence without porn in your life. So many men have beaten this. Men who were addicted from an early age and got depressed like you. You are no different from them. But they beat the addiction and so can you! Just takes dedication and time.
