New Member - 11 Days in

Hi All,

For the last 2.5 years I have been promising my girlfriend that I will stop with porn (inc. Bikini photoshoots, sexy fashion etc, any artificial sexual stimuli). I have had some decent runs of no PMO, but always slipped back into old habits. I have been forgiven more times than I deserve. When I get found out I always promise that I will not do it again. I do mean it, but then a few months down the line I break the promise.

This is the last time.

I am not only doing to save my relationship. I also don't like myself for watching porn.

So, now I am 11 days in. It is going well. But I am trying to do more things this time round to make sure I stick at it. I guess I have never tried that hard at it. This is my first time posting/looking for help.
