New Member of the Group

Hi I am Ghian, 28 years old. I am a working student. I work during the day and attend classes during the night and during Saturdays as well. I joined this group because I felt that it could help me overcome the addiction I am into.... Porn addiction has always been my foe. I fight the urge but I am always end up defeated. Now, I am left frustrated, depressed and worthless. I can't focus on my tasks. I can't concentrate. I feel like Im always in doubt when approaching other people. I am honestly a loner. I have read self help books but this is still me. I always look back on the past when I never knew what porn is. During those times, I was able to achieve my goals at school, perform my duties well and deal with others happily. But now.... Thank you for accepting me in this group.

Thank you for your response. My current strategies are to first to keep myself focused and motivated and second keep busy in accomplishing my tasks.
