After hearing about a site where loosers and dick head like me who wasted their precious time of life; Joining a community and trying to get rid from the chain cycle of PMO.... I have to joint this movement.

The enemy is here to steal, kill and destroy. What are your current strategies for combating the enemy called PMO?
 
This addictive disease caught me when I was 14, since then It extracting my juice....but in 2011 under a resolution I was able to stop it for approx a year. And I'm sure I'll kill this Mo**er Fu**er this time.
