Hey Everyone!
I'm 27 years old and I want to quit PMO. It's the first time I'm joining the community here. 4 days ago before signing up here I told myself I was gonna stop and I did for the last 4 days not a single fap but then I relapsed today and I just couldn't control myself. I didn't know why it felt so good but then I kinda felt like a failure after that and I'm so frustrated and it just bothers me how could something like this be so consuming? So here's to day one again I want to reach the 7-day milestone and I want to do it so badly. So that's all from me for now
