New relationship

Just started a new relationship with someone after a month of nofap. I was addicted to the internets ease of satisfaction. It was usually a before bedtime activity and to relieve stress. I broke down and edged twice and than finally relapsed....that was two weeks ago. I didn't use porn to relapse I was fantasizing about the woman I am with. I haven't had a performance issue with this woman and our time together is very good. I felt terrible and ashamed for the relapse but I want to do this for myself. I've noticed big changes since I quit and I see the positive outcomes. I joined this group for the support as I still get urges. I just had a pretty strong urge to get off looking for some words of encouragement.
