New to all of this, on day 2.

Hello everyone. I just recently stumbled onto the truth about the real damage porn has done to me. I've been suffering from depression, anxiety and loads of issues that I'm sure lots of you guys have experienced yourselves. I searched for every reason that I could be feeling the way I was and after years of medications and no luck, I feel that I've finally found what the problem is: porn

The scariest part about this is that I never even realized that it was harmful. As you can imagine, after doing just a bit of research, I was horrified as to what I found. I hope others can realize the impact this is having and I'm so thankful to find this community.
